Mini Bio

Graeme is passionate about keeping active. He started his open water journey by taking on The English Channel in 2008 and has since become an avid open water swimmer with many international ultradistance swims under his swim trunks. He qualified as an open water swimming coach and published his first book “Let’s do something different” in 2019. To help keep his (ample) body in shape, Pilates has been his saviour and he is also a Pilates instructor. During the pandemic, he took up paddleboarding as a hobby to keep busy. He believes in the power of the mind, and loves inspiring others on their journey.
